Bruce Campbell

Bruce Campbell, Ph.D., is the creator of the CFIDS and Fibromyalgia Self-Help program. A recovered CFS patient, he is a graduate of Stanford University and holds a Ph.D. from the University of California.

Before becoming ill, he was a consultant to self-help research projects at the Stanford Medical School, including work with the Arthritis Self-Help course and the Chronic Disease Self-Management course.

He is the author of our course textbook, Managing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia: A Seven-Part Plan. His account of recovery is posted at Recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
